Who we are
Peak Hikers Club is a hiking club based in Prishtina. We organise mountain hikes, trekking and via ferrata across Kosovo and Albania, from the Accursed Mountains and Rugova Canyon to the Albanian Alps and Albania's lakes.
Every outing is led by a guide holding the international IML (International Mountain Leader) certification and a licence from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. You focus on the views and the company, we take care of the route and your safety.
Tested itineraries and solid knowledge of the terrain on both sides of the border.
Organised groups, a sensible pace and respect for the nature around us.
Weather-based planning, the right gear and a certified guide leading the group.
What we do
Day hikes to summits, lakes and viewpoints, with levels for beginners and experienced hikers alike.
Longer routes, often crossing mountain passes to places no road reaches, like Theth and Valbona.
Protected climbs on steel cable up rock walls, like in Rugova Canyon. Adrenaline on rock, with a guide coaching you every step.

Why hike with us
The mountains are at their best when you know someone knows the way and looks after the group.
Our guide holds the International Mountain Leader certificate, the international standard for leading groups in the mountains.
Licensed by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, with clear responsibility towards every participant.
We follow the forecast and conditions on the ground. If a route isn't safe, we change or postpone it and let you know in good time.
The pace fits the group and nobody gets left behind. Come alone if you like: the group is the best place to find hiking partners.

Not for every hike. Each destination is marked with its difficulty. Easy hikes are ideal for beginners, while the harder ones need good fitness. If you're not sure, message us and we'll advise you.
Proper hiking shoes, a backpack, at least 1.5 litres of water, food for the day, a wind and rain jacket, a hat and sunscreen. Via ferrata also needs a helmet, harness and via ferrata set. Ask us if you don't have them.
Fill in the form on the hike's page or give us a call. We'll get back to you to confirm, and you'll receive the payment details along with the confirmation.
Safety comes first. If conditions are dangerous, the hike is changed or postponed and every participant is told in good time.
Of course. Group hikes are the best way to meet people who love the mountains as much as you do.
Send us the details of your group (number of people, date and level) from the contact page and we'll look at it together.
Pick a hike, book your spot and we'll see you on the trail.
